✧Where are you located?
My little at home sugar studio is located in Monrovia, Ca. This is also where orders will be picked up from.
✧What form of payments are accepted?
For custom orders payments must be paid through Venmo or Zelle. A deposit of 50% must be paid in order to start working on your order. Payment must be paid in full before collection.
✧How far in advance should I place my order?
At least 2 weeks in advance. A rush fee will be charged if otherwise. Orders that need to be shipped should be placed at least 3-4 weeks in advance.
✧Do you deliver?
Yes, except on holidays and no delivery for seasonal shop orders. A fee will be charged depending how far I'd have to travel.
✿Do you ship?
Yes, I offer shipping.
✿How long do cookies last?
Cookies can last forever lol, but for freshness I'd say 2-3 weeks if sealed in a bag. Cookies can also be frozen, if you'd like to freeze cookies for a later date please let me know and I can give you these instructions.
✿Why are they so expensive?
If you think they are expensive, sorry. Cookies take a lot of work, they may seem easy to make but they are not. 1 dozen can take up to 6+hours from start to finish. It's a looong process. Plus I'd consider my prices very affordable compare to some other shops. I already feel bad as it is, but please understand it's my time and work.

✧How is your shop going about covid-19?
First I want to thank you for even considering me during these times. It truly means so much to me. I know it isn't easy to just purchase cookies, but I'm super grateful to be part of your occasion. I make sure my work area is thoroughly sanitized and my hands are always clean. I'm a food service provider so these are basics and super important. In this season I'm offering contactless pickups and shipping to keep us safe. If your event gets cancelled due to covid, I'll gladly refund your $. If cookies are already made prior to pick up date, like let's say a day or two, I unfortunately won't refund you but will process a credit for the future.
